What really counts

Finally after much shopping (think four consecutive weekends!) and much to Pony's exasperation, we finally found him a suit jacket that he is willing to wear and in the right shades of white, along with a well-matched pair of black pants with faint pinstrips of a similar colour as his suit and a slim fit black-long sleeved collared shirt that revealed brightly coloured polka dots when he unbuttons his collar and fold back the cuffs!

We could not stop laughing about the polka dots, much to the salesman's amusement... and I can imagine my mother's disapproval at our choice of his shirt, especially for such a 'formal' occasion as this. Nevertheless, we felt that it would be fantastic as my dress had that bit of a funk in it anyway.

Furthermore, our dr3ss c0de for the dinner reception was L0ung3/ c0ckt@il... along with the surprise that I have got planned for the night for Pony, it would work out beautifully.

Other than the fact that Pony looks great in it, my ultimate reason for picking out that shirt for Pony to try on was due to the wordings that were stitched at the base the shirt:

It's whats inside that counts...
